I have been taking my cars to ABS Auto Eltham for 10-15 yrs and they have always done a perfect job,for a pretty good price. Always done a great job...I never had never had any issues with them.Just a few weeks ago David did a great job with my daughter's car when she accidentally filled the tank with Diesel instead of petrol.. He did a brilliant job.... He had found an easy way to get to the fuel tank , which RACV said was labour intensive...emptied the diesel , cleaned the tank and filled in the petrol for just a fraction of the cost at which RACV quoted me, and what's more he had it ready the very next day...We have had no issues with the car ever since. This is what you call Great Service!!

I had a simple brake fluid flush service done today - so impressed by the extra services provided, unasked for and complimentary: replaced 2 front parking bulbs/ topped up engine oil/ tires painted with tire black! AND, jointly we managed to remove a very large huntsman spider that had been residing in the engine bay! THANK YOU!

Great service. All the work that needed to be carried out was fully explained in "plain English" so I could easily understand why and what was required.

Best mechanics in town!!! I took my mq triton here for the first time to get serviced on the 8/09/23, Had road trip planned to drive from Melbourne to Perth and back two weeks later on the 22/09/23. Overall my Ute did over 8,000km+ in two weeks. The Ute never once played up nor seemed like it was ever going to. I’d put that down to the quality of work these guys go too, the customer service is also exceptional. highly recommend them if you’re looking to get your car serviced.

I recently had the whole rear end of my 03 BA Turbo Falcon replaced after 200K. These blokes are brilliant! They kept me informed the whole way and sought my permission on all occasions to do what was necessary for the benefit of the vehicle and me as a client. They also were very competitively priced and saved me on what others would have charged for the same work in the area. Thank-you ABS Eltham. Highly recommended!

It was a great day for me when I had my first car service at ABS Eltham. I’ve been using them for several years now on 2 cars & I could not fault them. Reliable, friendly, efficient and helpful in times of emergency. As a widowed older woman I’d been ripped off badly before with car services after my husband died but ABS have been honest & thorough. A great support for me for which I’m ever grateful!

Wow. Rob and his team were brilliant. They went above and beyond what was needed.They were very busy due to walk ins and lack of supplies and staff due to the COVID impact. I could feel their stress but it didn't stop Rob and his team from doing a fabulous job.They searched for parts that were economically of benefit to me.They kept me in the loop about what needed to be done and what was done. An important first question for a person with an old car was "how long did I plan to keep the car for". And then they prioritised things from there. When one finds people who work ethically, with commitment and honesty you don't want to let go. I hope they will be around for the rest of the time I will be on the road.

I have been going to ABS Eltham for over 15 years. The last 6 years is where I have relied on them the most. Running 3 vans to deliver mail and parcels. Anytime where I have had an issue with any of the vans they have gone out of their way to make sure my vans are quickly looked at and repaired. Peter, David and the team there are fantastic in the way they go about looking after their customers.

Excellent service and genuine advice in regards to parts required as opposed to factory advice, therefore, ABS was a considerable saving in parts and costs, and was very much appreciated.
